This Privacy Policy explains how CradleCues ("we", "us") — operated by CoreSpaces L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates — collects and uses information when you use our website and digital naming tools at cradlecues.com.

Information we collect

• Account and profile data you provide — such as nickname, surname, and saved baby names. In the current release this is stored in your browser (localStorage) unless you create a future registered account.
• Waitlist and checkout — email address and product interest when you join a waitlist; payment metadata when you complete Stripe checkout (processed by Stripe, not stored on our servers beyond what Stripe provides).
• AI search queries — text you submit to the Name Engine. When live AI keys are configured, queries may be sent to OpenAI or Anthropic to generate results; otherwise processing stays on-device or via our mock engine.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and performance.

How we use information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and improve our naming tools, AI search, and premium exports
• Process payments and unlock purchased products
• Notify waitlist subscribers when products launch
• Respond to support requests and legal inquiries
• Protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents

Legal basis (UAE / international visitors)

We process personal data based on your consent (e.g. waitlist signup), performance of a contract (purchases), and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service. Where applicable, we align with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and comparable international standards for visitors outside the UAE.

Third-party processors

We may share data with trusted providers who help us operate CradleCues, including:

• Vercel (hosting)
• Stripe (payments)
• OpenAI / Anthropic (optional AI name search)
• Future email providers (e.g. Resend) for transactional and waitlist messages

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and our data processing agreements where required.

Data retention

Waitlist entries are retained until you unsubscribe or we delete them after launch comms. Checkout records follow Stripe retention policies. Browser-local data remains until you clear site data. Server logs are rotated routinely.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing. Contact us at hello@cradlecues.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children

CradleCues is designed for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us to request deletion.

Changes

We may update this policy as our product evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
