These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to CradleCues (cradlecues.com) and related services provided by CoreSpaces L.L.C-FZ ("Company", "we"). By using the site you agree to these Terms.

Service description

CradleCues offers AI-assisted baby name discovery, comparison tools, and premium digital exports (numerology reports, sound previews, announcement cards, monograms). Features may be offered in demo mode without payment or in paid mode when checkout is enabled.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase premium tools or submit personal information. Parents and guardians may use the service on behalf of their family.

Accounts and local data

Much of your profile, saved names, and unlock state is stored locally in your browser. You are responsible for backing up important data and clearing browser storage only when you intend to remove it. We are not liable for loss of locally stored data.

Purchases and refunds

Paid products are processed through Stripe. Prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Digital goods are delivered immediately upon successful payment. Refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase if the product failed to function as described — contact hello@cradlecues.com with your Stripe receipt.

AI-generated content

Name suggestions, numerology narratives, and related AI outputs are for informational and entertainment purposes. They are not professional legal, medical, astrological, or psychological advice. You are responsible for names you choose to register or use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
• Upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content
• Misrepresent affiliation with CradleCues or CoreSpaces L.L.C-FZ
• Circumvent payment or access controls for premium tools

Intellectual property

The CradleCues brand, UI, tool outputs (excluding your personal name choices), and underlying software are owned by CoreSpaces L.L.C-FZ or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use exports you generate for family and personal purposes.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by UAE law and applicable consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreSpaces L.L.C-FZ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CradleCues. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence where applicable.
